You should keep your User Account information confidential. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating a User Account and during your use of the Site. (c) Users (or in the case of a User who is a minor, their parent(s) or legal guardian(s)) should purchase tutoring services. By purchasing tutoring services on this Site, you represent that you are eighteen (18) years or older and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method for the purpose of purchasing tutoring services on the Site. Additional tutoring services purchased on the Site are only valid for the User Account for which they are purchased and are otherwise non-transferable. (d) Additional tutoring services may be purchased for the periods and with the features as stated on the tutoring services purchase page. (e) From time to time, Catalyst Academy of Chemistry may offer free or subsidized trials of tutoring services and promotional pricing for tutoring services. Such trials and promotional pricing may be subject to certain restrictions such as, first time users, limited duration and as otherwise indicated and determined by Catalyst Academy of Chemistry
Right to Use this Site
(a) Catalyst Academy of Chemistry grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use this Site for your personal use subject to this Terms of Use. Catalyst Academy of Chemistry reserves the right to suspend or terminate operation of this Site at any time for any reason without liability to you. Catalyst Academy of Chemistry has the right to suspend or terminate your User Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Sites to you if you violate any part of this Terms of Use. Catalyst Academy of Chemistry has the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use, at any time without notice or liability to you. 

(b) In addition to other proprietary rights specified in this Terms of Use, Users may not: i) frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any element, including without limitation, any text, graphics, images or trademarks on the Site (collectively, "Elements"); ii) gather, obtain, use, access or otherwise copy the Site or any Elements thereof by using any bot, spider, crawler, spy ware, engine, device, software or any other automatic device, utility or manual process of any kind; iii) use the Site or any features available on the Site in any manner with the intent to interrupt, damage, disable, overburden or impair the Site; iv) directly or indirectly attempt to circumvent, reverse engineer, decrypt, or otherwise alter or interfere with the Site; or v) engage in any activity that interferes with another User's access, use or enjoyment of this Site. 

(c) You agree that you will treat Catalyst Academy of Chemistry’s tutors with respect and not use obscenities, make threats, or discuss matters other than those directly related to the academic subject for which you seek help. You agree that you will not solicit any personal information from any tutor, and agree that if any tutor ever discloses such information to you, asks you for any personal information, or suggests any offline meeting or conversation, you agree to immediately notify us by email at contactus@livepaathshala.in 

(d) Tutors are made available as per the service hours of the program, though you might not always get a tutoring session due to the following reasons: 
I. due to unavailability of tutors for the specific subject at the specific time; 
II. due to technology problems; or 
III. during site maintenance. 

Fair Usage Policy
Every student must have his or her own tutoring subscription and must not overbook sessions and not attend them. Subscription abuse applies to usage of one account by multiple students in the same family, sharing a subscription with others or booking many sessions and not showing up for them and using more than 1 session every day. These constitute a violation of the terms of service and www.liveonlinechemistry.com  reserves the right to cancel user account or limit usage if there is suspected account abuse. If your account is suspended or limited please contact customer service. Cancelled or limited accounts are not entitled to any refunds for used or unused subscription services so keep your account login information confidential and private and cancel sessions you can't attend to allow booked tutors to be available to help other students.

Cancellation and Refund
If you would like to cancel your usage for any reason, you may do so by getting in touch with our customer service team on chat. When you cancel your subscription we will stop renewal on your account. Any unused time in your account will be good until your subscription end date after which your account will expire and be non-refundable. No refunds will be issued if you cancel your account after usage. 

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
(a) USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT USER'S OWN RISK. THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.

Lawful Use

• LIVE online tutors will never have any physical or audible interaction with a student. Online tutoring services are provided only through streaming online chat provided by the Catalyst Academy of Chemistry (CAC). online interface.
• All LIVE Online tutoring chat sessions are recorded on video and student  have access to video playback of these sessions for up to one month from the date of recording.
•LIVE  Online tutors do not have any personal information about the students, including any information that could be used to contact the student either online or offline such as email address, physical address or phone numbers.
• Only students can initiate the online tutoring chat sessions through registration and login at tutrosq8.com website. Online tutors can not initiate tutor services or otherwise initiate any contact with students.
• Students logging in are assigned an LIVE online tutor at random for each online tutoring session unless otherwise specified by the students/guardians.
• Schools will be provided access to a web based dashboard platform providing the school with information on the tutoring services and their students" access of the tutoring services.
• LIVE Online tutors are all trained and follow a defined code of conduct in appropriate online conduct strictly related to the academic tutoring of the student.
• Catalyst Academy of Chemistry (CAC). conducts spot monitoring of online tutoring to ensure quality and safety. • Customer Service is available for any issues or complaints on the quality or nature of the online tutoring.
